Das Kit enthält einen Spatel zum Auftragen von Wärmeleitpaste und einen Pinsel, mit dem sich Schmutz bequem vom Motherboard entfernen lässt. Der Wert von 14,5 W/m.k ist kaum erreichbar und wird überschätzt. Wärmeleitpaste ist meiner Meinung nach sehr viskos und schwer aufzutragen. Beim Auftragen auf den Prozessor musste ich einen Haartrockner verwenden. Die Prozessortemperatur betrug etwa 39–40 °C (mit der im Kühler enthaltenen Wärmeleitpaste Thermalright TF7). Nach dem Austausch der Wärmeleitpaste durch Maxtor CTG10 sank die Leerlauftemperatur des Prozessors um ein paar Grad auf 37 °C. Ein einfacher RAM-Test mit Testmem5 übertaktet den Prozessor auf eine Frequenz von 5225 MHz, die Prozessortemperatur erreicht 50–55 °C, der Prozessorverbrauch beträgt laut HWiNFO64-Programm 67–76 Watt.
