Review: I just got these about 2 weeks ago in June 2025. The first filtration produced some fine sediment. I clean the system again and it is very clear water. I boil the water and let it cool to room temperature before filtering. I think it's a good system. I filters slower because the floride filters are in the water basin submerged. I think it is a wonderful filtration system. Taste improved. Product seems well made. Review: I used the solid carbon filters for number years and got to the end of their useful life. So I decided to get the latest and greatest for the family . I think the new ceramic filters along with the fluoride and heavy metal filters are the way to go. In my opinion, I think the water tastes amazing and I am very happy with it. When I got the replacement, while the filters were not damaged, they should have been. The packaging leaves the shorter bottom filter unsecured so that it will bounce into the taller ceramic filter during handling process. Really poor way to ship material. Recommend opening box and inspecting immediately upon receipt to assure there are no cracks (look closely with good light) or even holes, which render the filter useless. Both broken filter images (2) are from Returned box, third image is of replacement box filters.
