Works as described. Ease of setup.

I was hopeful for these, but they're creating a lot of ozone. My office desk is right under the AC vent and the first 20 seconds of operation, there is a very strong smell. It's been 24 hrs since install now, and it hasn't improved.

Everything's work as expect. Very good price for the product. Do require an ac outlet , because it is plug in.

This unit replaced a ballast that had died after 6 years of service. I like the magnetic bracket and the boot that covers the connector and base of the lamp. Should keep out moisture, which probably killed the previous ballast. Wish it had a longer output cord from ballast to lamp (minus 1 star). I had to mount the ballast a lot closer to the furnace to get the cable to reach the lamp location near the A-coil. New lamp seems brighter through the supplied viewport, which I had to drill a hole in the furnace cover to install. Let's see if this unit will last 6 years......
