Great mini PC with LLM inference capabilities
Um870 slim barebone. Excellent mini pc. It is faster than my old 5950x CPU powered PC. I added 96 GB of ddr5 5600mhz and now I can run open source LLMs (llama.cpp via vulkan) on this little device. Great for light gaming and local chatbots.

Good quality mini PC with some minor issues
I have both 870 Slim and 890 Pro versions, they are both very fast and quiet with some minor issues. The main differences that makes the Pro version slightly better are (1) It is slightly faster, maybe 3% or so (2) has an NPU, but it is practically useless (3) Pro version has two ethernet ports instead of one (4) It has an oculink port, which uses the PCI port so, you can only install one NVme HD if you use the oculink port. These differences do not matter for most users. Overall I am very happy with both of them. They are both small, efficient, they don't get hot or make any fan noise. They can be directly powered from USB4 port, with some decrease in max clock speed. But there are some annoying issues, mostly minor things: (1) The wifi cards are not supported properly. The slim version had a wifi card which was not recognized by linux. The pro version had a slightly better wifi card, but was still an obscure brand. The issue is not the speed here, making them recognized by the OS. I replaced them both with more common models, it is about $20-30 to replace each. (2) The windows key was invalid in the Pro version. The Slim version was barebones it did not come with any OS. (3) The Slim version has screws at a very inconvenient location. You have to remove bottom pads glued to the box. Without the pads the vent will touch the surface and will not work well. It is not a good design. The Pro version is much better, but it has two cables attached to the lid on opposite sides, and it is not east to detach and attach them. If they were on the same side, the lid could be opened without detaching of them. (4) I tried installing 96GB RAM but it caused some glitch with the GPU driver. I tested the RAM and it was not faulty. 64GB or 32 GB RAM both work fine. (5) I don't like the bios, it is too rudimentary with very few options. Despite these issues, I like them a lot. This generation of AMD mobile chips (8945, 8745, etc) are really great. I also have a Mac mini pro (M2) and their performances are similar. Mac has a better GPU but the AMD is faster for most of other tasks.

Dead after 3 months
I'm an a+ technician a network engineer. This product shut down mid gaming session and won't power on. I'm in Peru as a digital nomad I can't afford to replace it with tariffs. It was my only PC. Luckily customer service is amazing and went out of their way to accommodate me even though I had to return to the United States to do the process they said they would wait for me to get back so that we can do the return from the United States and I won't have to pay anything out of pocket very good customer service very prompt I do recommend them

Great High Performance Barebones Kit
Very powerful and affordable. I don't like the plastic clips when holding the lid because of brittleness, but I can't knock a star down at this price point. I even tested the iGPU with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on lowest settings 720p in conjunction with the Lossless Scaling app on steam using upscaling to 1080p and frame generation and it was quite playable. I gave this to my mom as her new daily driver to replace her Dell Optiplex 9010 Micro, and it runs very silent when web browsing, doing spreadsheets, streaming video, and other basic productivity tasks.

Came broken I’m pretty sure, it wouldn’t connect to my monitor and turned on and off. I hope other peoples products are fine.

The specs for the price is great. It is insane how much power we can get in these small mini PCs these days. It is very easy to add RAM and M.2 SSDs, although having the screws under the sticky rubber feet is annoying. If you have to open it a couple of times, they might lose some of their adherence at some point. Also, the built-in wireless/bluetooth card is a Mediatek one that doesn't work well with Linux distros. It is easily replaceable for a more common Intel one though, but I wanted to point this out if you were buying this hoping to run Linux on it. You may need to buy a wifi dongle if you don't want to swap the m.2 wifi card for an Intel one. Or go wired. Wifi should be fine on Windows though. Also note that it take some time to boot at first if you bought a barebone model and installed your own RAM and SSD. The BIOS is also a little bit confusing to me and not as feature-rich as I thought it would be. some features were puzzling me a bit at first but I ended up figuring it out. I also don't know if I had a defective power supply or if the provided one is not sufficient under some particular circumstances, but mine was shutting down when running specific emulators or programs (and not necessarily the most power-hungry ones). Let me be clear, the PC was not crashing. It was the power supply that just stopped functioning in 100% reproducible manner in specific programs. Then the PC would never boot up again UNLESS I unplugged the power supply from the wall and plugged it back in. I assume this was "resetting" the power supply. Nevertheless, I bought a another (better) power supply, and the problem went away. And support from the manufacturer reimbursed me the cost, which was awesome on their part. Great service! But all that being said, this thing rock. I'm literally using this as a small gaming console, and I'm impressed at what it can run. I'd recommend easily to anyone who's planning on running Windows on it. A little bit less for Linux users given the Mediatek wifi/bluetooth chipset might not be supported on all distros (was not working on the ones I tried).

A pleasingly fast computer – so much so that I bought a second one. Easy installation of memory and NVME SSD. CMOS battery conveniently located – for eventual replacement. Excellent internal sound components. Advertised “on-board” Wi-Fi is finicky; problem solved with a $19 “thumb” AC1300 – so no biggie.
