Spring Clear SPC-QUO Replacement Filter Compatible with QUOOKER Cold Water Filter Cartridge AC

The last time I paid Quooker for a replacement cold water filter - they last a year at most and we do not use that facility that much - it cost an extorionate £50. A year later they now want £70. Which is gouging pricing and which somebody should report. This replacement is just as well made, screws in just as easily, and does just the same job. The only caveat is that if the seller wants to avoid returns they need to amend the instructions to state that after fitting it might also be necessary to press the button on top of the Quooker main unit as well as on the filter housing. Otherwise the filtered water might not flow. Had that before with a filter from the manufacturer. The seller is piggy backing on the Quooker price, and really should not be. Four - not one - cold water filters for a Samsung fridge from Amazon are well under £20.

Nowhere in the amazon description does it explain that this isn't compatible with Cube units. The manufacturer's page does mention it in small print. Have to return.

Passt einwandfrei in den Cube. Man darf natürlich nicht vergessen, die gelbe Schutzkappe zu entfernen. Denn sonst geht er schwer reinzuschrauben und es fließt kein Wasser....
