My 5 year old son loves this shake. He has it with breakfast in the morning and dinner at night just before bed. He only has it with water, prefers the taste to milk. I can't say I've noticed MUCH difference. I initially got it because after a trip to Morocco my son had lost a lot of weight (he didn't like the food much out there) and this has helped add pounds back. The one thing I will say is it don't last you'll get a WEEK out of this max... so deffo not price worthy..
