Naqua Ltd Bird Mite Treatments (Small Bird Oral Treatment)

We have a single finch who over the course of several weeks became less and less active. He’s always been a very interactive bird but during this time he would sit puffed up against the side of his cage, he still ate and drank but looked awful and very miserable. He then contracted diarrhoea and unable to see an avian vet I decided to try this on a prime delivery as it was faster than waiting for an appointment. Because he had diarrhoea he was drinking allot so it was really easy to get the first dose of this into him. The next morning we saw a subtle but definite improvement in his behaviour and his poo solidified somewhat although it was very light in colour. We did the three day course of this and each day he became more active and the diarrhoea went away. It’s now day five and our beloved bird is back to normal, not puffed up in the slightest, poo is completely normal and we think we can say that this medication saved his life. We can’t say thank you enough, we’d never have got to the vet in time and we have many years of bird madness to come. Thank you.

My budgie was scratching like mad for days, restless, hardly sleeping, pulling feathers out!. Gave her this 3 drops per 100ml at 9am in the morning and by 2.30pm the same day she was settled, not scratching and had a good sleep... This product may seem expensive but it's 100% worth every penny... My budgie is more settled than ever... I'm going to continue it for the next 2 days as described in the instructions to make sure she has completely got rid of any mites, parasites etc... This product works wonders... I have also cleaned the entire bird cage to be on the safe side with a safe bird cleaning product... Plus sprayed all the crevices and end of purches with anti mite spray... I can't recommend this product enough it's just brilliant....

The difference this has made to our little scrappy is immense! We rescued her last year, shes always been rough looking, we thought she had been bullied by the other birds she was housed with initially, her feathers and beak/cere continued to decline, despite the better diet, space to fly etc we started to consider she may have french moult and will always be a bit 'scrappy ' looking. In April/May i noticed she had developed 2 large bumps either side of her beak, after a bit of research i found this could be a symptom of burrowing beak mites (left pic) this medicine was recommended to treat that. A 3 week treatment and 1 week of a prebiotic and she is looking so much better! The bumps are gone, her cere is healing beautifully and shes not constantly rubbing her beak! Time will tell if it helps with her feather loss, either way i cannot recommend this product enough, what ever it treated has made our girl much more comfortable and thats all we could ask for. Very easy to administer, instructions are clear and you get many treatments in the little bottle.

After months of having to quarantine our female budgie, we have finally reunited her back with the rest of the flock! She had a pretty bad case of scaly face mites but this has worked wonders. It’s a little hard to determine whether the bird is drinking the medication but you have to trust the process.
