This laptop has been a great addition to my workspace. It’s fast, reliable, and handles multitasking with ease. Setting it up was simple, and transferring my files from my old device only took a couple of hours. The laptop didn’t slow down or struggle during the process, which left a solid first impression. It’s definitely built for productivity. Battery life is decent, lasting around five hours, which is fine for my day to day use. I also like the metal casing, which adds a sturdy feel, though I did notice the hinge is plastic. It seems durable for now, but it’s something I’ll keep an eye on. This laptop is decent I had to hard reset it when I was stuck on the sign-in screen when I updated it. Please be aware that if u purchase this laptop u will run into issues when u get it. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is because its a pretty decent laptop if it didn't crash on the sign-in screen

Got this as a work computer to run Windows. So far it's done a great job 😄👍 First off, came packaged really well so you don't have to worry about damage during shipping! The screen and keyboard are very large (see attached photos and video), it has the number pad extension like a full keyboard which can be really useful. The big screen is great and it's lightweight and easy to transport around. After opening it and charging to full, it turned on smoothly and it was very easy to setup straight out of the box without any extra hassle. Besides the benefit of a large screen, it also has every port you'll ever need! It can handle lots of different types of plugin attachments including USB, USB-C, HDMI, SD card slot and audio jack. Used all the different plugin slots when transferring data over from my last computer and it handled everything really well. The laptop runs really fast and processes things quickly. So far have had no issues with running any of the software I need. This is not really for gaming and wouldn't support the latest high end video games, but it will run basic graphic software very good and other work related programs.

Trash product it worked good for little bit but I’ve been having nothing but problems with it save your money get something better I triedto take this laptop to get fixed at Best Buy they can’t even fix my mouse on the laptop can’t even get a hold of the manufacturer save your money and get something better that’s the reason why this product keeps on going on sale don’t let that price fool you.

Great laptop with an exceptionally sleek and stylish look to it. Initially, I didn't receive my laptop on my order and I notified Amazon who in turn had me notified the seller. The seller was surprisingly and impressively prompt about shipping me another laptop due to my unfortunate circumstances. The laptop specs are equal to many of the name brand laptops that are two and sometimes three times the cost. If you ask me, this is a great way to get performance at an amazing price. I highly recommend this laptop, I even ended up ordering one for my girlfriend.

I needed to replace my HP laptop. The specs for the Mallrace far exceeded those for any other laptop I have owned. This my my first 17" screen and I appreciate the greater size. This machine was <$400 when I bought it on Amazon. Now it is $1499, same machine. What's up with that! Speed and display are wonderful compared to anything else I have owned. I prefer Linux Mint operating system so I set the Malrace up as dual boot, partitioned so Linux uses 70% of the ssd. Installation was very easy, and all of the codecs supplied by Mint work perfectly. Blue tooth works well in both OS's. Wifi adapter allows me to take advantage of my above 100mbs fiber optic service. Speaker quality is not great, but I always use remote speakers anyway. All of my favorite music and image editing apps are lightning fast. i have never had a machine that was powerful enough to run FlightGear for linux. This Mallrace does it. Maybe I will consider other games. This machine is worth way more than the $399 I paid for it.

Had over a year. Sometimes the display doesn’t work. Had to connect to external monitor. Sometimes screen is all static, close lid & cross fingers screen will come back
