Great compact steamer with multi-accessories, works well, easy to operate. Purchased the SHINY-STORY Crisinant Carry Bag for the Gauyte Steamer; perfect fit for steamer/accessories on the go. Gautye Customer Service is superb, punctual with prompt resolution and delivered as scheduled. Will gladly purchase from Gautye again. Steamer is quick, quiet, non-toxic way to clean miscellaneous items around home. Steamer was missing part and cardboard accessory parts list. Gauyte sent a replacement. Works well to clean bath tiles and oven; looking forward to using around the home. Recommend using DISTILLED water in steamer to prevent clogs. The cleaning powder is impressive, the items cleaning were not heavy with dirt, did a great job cleaning ceramic tiles and grout. I notice the accessory card board insert provided doesn't jive with parts list #'s. It's self explanatory even though numbers don't jive. Heats up relatively quickly for steam.

Powerful little workhorse! Wow! I have a cream colored grout throughout my entire house in Florida. Of course it looked great when we first moved in. After being here 4 years the dirt starts to show in the high traffic areas. The cream colored grout throughout grout turns brown. Really diminishes the look of the floor. I decided to give this steamer a try as it had decent reviews and the price was great. I’m very pleased. It comes with a lot of attachments that I will try later for other cleaning jobs. Right now I just wanted to clean my floor grout. You can see from my photos the grout is clean and looks like NEW! I tried my best to capture a video. I’m using a “V shaped” scrub brush I bought to clean corners an it worked great to scrub my ground lines. There are brushes to attach to this steam cleaner but my system worked easier and faster in my opinion. My system? Steam the grout to wet it, then steam and BRUSH it. Lastly, use the steam to blow out all of the dirt. Then you can towel dry the area or mop it and let it air dry. I also used a fan to speed up the floor drying process. I only needed to run the steamer on level 1. It has 3 levels of power. No cleaning products or solutions are required. Just water! The entire area in my photos was cleaned with this steamer. All of the grout was dirty like my BEFORE photo. Very pleased!

UPDATE After I posted my review, a representative from the company contacted me right away and apologized for the used unit that was sent to me. They offered to get a new unit out to me right away. I tried the steam cleaner again today. It is not magic, but it works well enough. On baked on grease and grime, it’s not your best option, but spot cleaning, before it turns into a baked-on nightmare-ish mess, that’s where this machine excels. So, it absolutely has a place in my cleaning toolbox. But what really impressed, was this company’s customer service. Truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you! It’s a no for me. I bought this to help clean my ninja foodie grill, other things, sure, but that was at the top of my list. And I truly wanted to like this and based on the reviews was optimistic. Unfortunately, although I purchased a new unit, what i received was a used, repackaged unit that did not have all of the attachments. Unforgivably unprofessional. The unit did heat up quickly, I’ll give it that. It did not, however, manage to make much of a dent on any of the grease stained surfaces. I will be returning it. Keep looking. This is not the steam cleaner you are looking for.

This is a great little machine! Easy to assembled. Comes with lots of attachments. First chore I used it on was cleaning the grate on my Komodo grill. It did an excellent job of removing all kinds of burnt on stuff from years of use. Next chore was the grout on the kitchen floor tile. I only did a small section to see how it would do. I did extra with bleach and plan to also try some grout cleaner to determine which works best, but it did a great job of removing years of foot traffic dirt and the grout looks new again. Holds a decent amount of water so that refilling will not be that frequently. The handle does get pretty warm so be sure to wear the supplied rubber gloves or some other type. Really satisfied with this product.
