This is my first compression/shapewear shirt. I'm a big guy who is self-conscious about his weight and figured I'd try one out to see if it would aid in helping with the man boobs and other unsightly aspects of being out of shape. I wear 4XL shirts and decided to get a this compression shirt in the 3XL to see if it would be a good match. To my surprise, it's so good, I don't leave the house without it. I also don't need help putting it on like some other reviews have stated. It's definitely very snug, which is part of it's purpose, but if you put it on like a football jersey and consider the extra mass on your body like pads, you just pull it down over you. It isn't hot either, which is something I was worried about. It seems to breathe pretty well, and I haven't noticed being any hotter than normal while out and about. I think it has helped slightly with back support as well. For me, the length is plenty long enough. I've washed it several times now, and it still holds up. I haven't noticed any shrinkage or unraveling of threads. It's very good quality and with the price. I recommend it and will buy another in black.

These shirts wash beautifully. I feel they are great value for the price. The size is perfect just wish it was a little longer. Functionally it does compress fairly well, but a bit too stretchy for my liking. But must say it is very cool and comfortable to wear. Just needs more compression to keep everything smooth.

Shirt quality seemed good but the recommendations said to go down one size. It was impossible to get on. We returned it and went with the normal size for my husband. I will review it when it gets here

Was I ever wrong and full of happy surprise when it finally arrived and I tried it on, seriously, it fit PERFECTLY, felt great, didn't give off any seam lines, and made my chest look MANLY for a change. I WILL be buying another one.
