Perfect!!! works great!!

While I haven't noticed much of an affect after taking these for about a month I have been feeling pretty good during this time, so these may be helping. I haven't noticed any negative effects nor any digestive issues. I love the ingredients and that they are third party tested and made in a GMP certified facility. The one downside is that they should be taken on an empty stomach. I have finally gotten the pattern right but that took me awhile. The pills are easy to swallow and have almost a grass farm smell that isn't too bad.

At 44, my woman days have become random. Thought I was hitting menopause, but that would be due to deficiencies in my body. This supplement, along with the energy is given me, has returned my cycle to normal. It's also given me so much clarity and mental focus! Get it if you're thinking about it! It's a great brand!!

It is difficult for me to write reviews on food supplements. I take a lot of them for overall health and I cannot always tell a difference when I start a new one. I have been taking these capsules for just under two weeks. They are two a day and easy to swallow. The reason I picked this one is the composition of its ingredients: Chlorella (my New Age, crystals and kinesiologist healer in 2010-2014 had me taking chlorella every day, and if you were only to get one of the seven products within this mixture, that's the one I'd choose); Spirulina (I've never used before, but people rave about it); Sea Moss (seems to be all the rage right now -- I don't know its purported benefits); Boswellia (they make Frankincense essential oil from this, and I use the oil from Young Living -- this will be much cheaper); Chlorophyll (eat those greens!); and two other herbs I have never heard of and know nothing about. I'm just trusting that Gotu Kola and Bacopa won't harm me. The product is labeled "Organic." Amazon says it is from India, which gives me more comfort than wee it from China (where most sea moss mixtures come from). The bottle's ingredients listing says that the chlorella, sea moss, spirulina, and chlorophyll are all 20:1 extracts [highly concentrated], with the four other herbs being 10:1. I think that means you get a lot more of the important ingredients from their capsules than capsules that do not show concentration ratios (or lower numbers than this one). I went on Amazon to look at the price of this versus comparable products. This looks to be a good value: It is $18.88 for two months. so $9.50 per month. Far less than most of my food supplements. Uheco's 29,900 mg sea moss is $10.00 (take 3 capsules a day) and Brilhante's 27,850 mg sea moss is $23 for 150 capsules (a five-month supply). So, the price of the product I am reviewing seems in line. Reviewed by Marcus
