Incredible aroma as I opened the bag !!! Both the white and black truffle were good size , clean and in perfect condition . The flavors are awesome . I have had them in pasta , omelets and on Wagyu prime rib . The packaging was well done and I will be ordering from this company again !!!

Delivery, packaging, apparent freshness and presentation was great. Unfortunately it had no taste whatsover. Shaved it over spaghetti with a mild cream sauce and ate a bit of it straight. Nothing. Never before had my wife and I eaten anything that was so absolutely without taste. Probably was not a Perigord truffle as advertized.

The quality and handling is nothing less than remarkable in that they’re as fresh as if you picked them up at the village market yourself and carefully brought them home.

Package came the truffle had zero aroma and zero truffle flavor. Complete waste of $100.

Fresh and tastes great

These truffles did not have the strong truffle flavor I have become used to in restaurants when shredded over pizza or pasta or cooked in sauces. Significant disappointment considering the price. We found that the truffle oil that we have provided more truffle flavor than the fresh shaved truffles. The search for the restaurant equivalent continues
