I'm a men's size 8 boot and the medium size fit the best. These are excellent for icy terrane. These caught my eye in particular compared to the cheap stud cleats because these seem more robust and functional. They provide crazy good traction and grip on the ice. The velcro strap is kind of useless if your boots are wider like mine, however they should fit and function fine without them. Great for the price too!

After I fell a couple times wearing my yak tracks I got these. They are serious ice cleats, and work great. Just have to be careful when not nice as a can be catch on things. If you need something 100% reliable when walking on ice like I do, these are the bomb!

I've had these for years, have held up great for dozens of icy climbs. Easy to get on and off, they don't tend to accumulate snow pack. Light weight and sturdy.

Worked great today using them for the first time. We started a short and relatively easy 3.5 mile hike and within 200 years of the trail head we saw it was very icy. We threw the micro spikes over our boots, they went on easy and we hiked for over 3 miles. The spikes held their position on our boots great, and we quickly had confidence that their grip would not allow for any slipping regardless of position, incline, surface, etc. They were surprisingly comfortable to hike in, even over a trail with lots of rocks and roots. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the Velcro straps kind of felt like cheaper quality that did not hold very well, as one came undone fairly quickly, although once I re-strapped it a second time it held the rest of the hike. If I could, I would rate them 4.5 stars.

These are great. They slip on over your shoes or boots, they stay put, and the spikes really dig into the ice. They fit very nicely over my size 11 shoes. If you live in the snow country, you need these.
