Worked for E chassis non-comfort access key
Packaging is unfortunately just a loose battery in some bubble paper. But the battery did come with a 2.9v reading and the correct orientation without modification necessary. Key immediately unlocked my car after soldering new battery in. Will update if the battery stops working.

As advertised
Purchased for 2004 BMW 325i. Fits perfectly works right off the bat, but you will need a soldering iron. Good fast purchased.

Don't buy it
The battery arrived completely unwrapped and was still dead after being installed professionally with time to charge. Nonfunctional and a waste of money.

Not what I expected !
The battery fits the BMW 128i key, but it doesn't offer enough juice to unlock the doors. So, after all the ordeal of soldering the battery, it didn't help. I ended up purchasing a new key at the BMW dealer.
