Within a couple of weeks I could tell a difference in my thinning hair. These are tasty and easy to chew along with being a good value for your money. I bought these for hair growth and thickness but I am noticing my nails are a bit stronger as well.

I’ve tried many different brands each for six months intervals and these are the only ones I actually noticed a difference. Now my hair didn’t grow from my shoulders to my knees in a month but I have definitely noticed growth. And let me tell you about my nails. I used to try and do my own nails and destroyed my nails. These gummies have resurrected them from grave. They are strong and long. Something I never thought I’d be able to say. I can finally put regular polish on my nails. Also, they taste really good! Definitely with be repurchasing! Definitely a great price as well!

I’ve been taking the Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails gummies for a few weeks now, and overall I’m pretty happy with them. First off, they taste great — fruity and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to remember to take them daily. They also don’t dry out or get hard like some other gummy vitamins I've tried, which is a big plus. As for results: I haven’t seen major changes in my skin or nails yet, but I do feel like my hair has gotten a little longer and healthier-looking. It’s not a dramatic difference, but definitely a nice start. One star off just because the results take time and aren't super noticeable in all areas — but I’ll keep using them and see how it goes!

I started taking these a month ago and I just recently noticed in the mirror that my hairline is starting to regrow. For the last several years I have noticed my hairline thinning on both sides near my temple, due to stress and also pulling my hair up and parting in those spots often. I stopped wearing those hairstyles but the area still seemed broken and thinner. Even at one point I cut all my hair off and regrew it but those areas were still thin. It is only since the other day that I pulled my hair up and immediately saw that the temples are thickening back up. The only change is I started taking these gummies. I am very happy because honestly I wasn't expecting this to do anything but strengthen my strands. I do feel like I have less breakage and less shedding in the shower now. In terms of the nails, unfortunately I have not noticed any real difference. My nails are still thin, and if anything I feel like they have cracked more and split a lot since starting these, though it may just be the cold weather. In any case, it's worth eating these just for the regrowth on my temples alone. I hope they thicken all the way up by the end of the bottle. I also love that it is made with pectin since I don't eat pork gelatin.
