Better quality than other bags full stop. Won't fit MacBook Air though.
I bought this bag so I can have a quality bag but can carry with me on hospital rotations. the sling makes it a perfect bag to stash extra med supplies I may need to swing around and quickly access it. The bag is of high quality, better quality than the larger 15L Siege bag (which I now have). I ended up returning the bag only because it didnt fit my MacBook Air. really wish this bag was just a tiny bit bigger to fit the laptop but maintain a compact form. The siege is what I have now and not really anything to rave about. If you carry and iPad, a CCW and want space to carry other things thats NOT a MacBook Air, this sling bag is solid.

Excellent flight bag
This is an outstanding shoulder sling bag. I'm using it for a flight bag and it fits the following items perfectly: - Aviation headset (largest pocket) - iPad Mini in a knee board (exterior spandex pocket) - Sunglasses (dedicated fuzzy glasses pocket) - Pens & pencils, USB cable, USB wall charger, mini notepad, handheld transceiver (smaller divided pocket) The size is *perfect* for a flight bag. It can fit the essentials (listed above) but is still quite small. Small enough, in fact, to easily slip behind your seat in the cockpit. The other aspect of this bag that I absolutely love is that the glasses pocket is extra fuzzy and that it hangs inside the largest pocket without touching my headset (or anything else) in that big pocket. I've never been willing to put my sunglasses directly into the fuzzy pockets in any bag, for fear that the other stuff in the surrounding pocket would destroy the lenses. This bag eliminates that concern elegantly. My only (extremely minor) complaint is that the bottom of the bag is tapered, which prevents the bag from standing upright on its own. You can leans it against a wall or something else vertical, but the bag wants to lay flat otherwise.

Durable, well organized, subtle
I love this bag. I needed a good EDC bag that wasn’t too tactical looking. I wanted something more like a unisex sling purse to have room for a ccw if needed, first aid, cords, wallet, and so on. This bag is very sturdy. Way better made than anything they try to pass off as a ccw bag for women, while also not screaming that it is tactical. Very well organized, and some easy to access on the outside for items that I need to retrieve frequently. Zipper for my wallet and a pouch that doesn’t zip for my glasses and lip balm. I like the easy access ccw pocket, and it is easy to attach a MOLLE holster. I have not yet figured how I could make it super easy to access while also pointing in a safe direction, so that is my only small gripe. I still really like the bag. The truth is, I don’t always carry, and when I do, it’s usually IWB. Still, I like having a bag that I Can tuck something into and have it ready to go if I want it. I Since that is the case, I will probably just point in a safe direction during transport, and wear it if I feel that I want to have it readily available. Also, for me, this was a very good thing, but. Abe not everyone would feel the same…This bag is a little smaller than I thought it looked like in the photos. It has plenty of room for my needs. It is about the same size as. Kavu sling bag, but with CCW in mind. I was a little worried that it would be too much like carrying a backpack, but it’s not. I can still for my 10” tablet if I want. If you need something bigger, you’ll want to look at the next size up. Love the bag. Would buy again.

As good as it gets
I like it so much that I consider buying the second one. It’s durable enough and comfortable to carry. You can adjust the sling adjustment for either left or right carry. I don’t need to carry bulky backpacks anymore. It’s good for CCW or an iPad as well as daily items usage.

Quality Bag
Purchased this pack for use as a glorified man-purse, and it does a pretty solid job. Compared to similar options from Eberlestock, Helikon-Tex, and Viktos, this is the superior bag in terms of material quality and utility. The admin section is brilliantly arranged, and I have enough space to carry a tablet, pistol, chargers, cables, etc. without feeling like the seams or zippers are about to burst. My only complaint with this bag is the strap, which I'm concerned may actually rip down the road. It really should be wider, like a seatbelt, which would add a lot more comfort when carrying this thing around full of stuff. And perhaps a metal buckle and cam lock would improve it further. If Vertx could add those features, it would be the perfect bag. Until then, it's still pretty darn great, and I recommend it for anybody working and commuting in the city that doesn't want to look "tacticool".

Vertx quality just not what I need
nice bag however 10L is too small when seen in person and the ccw opening is not large enough for quick access

Great edc bag!
This bag is in my rotation (I’m not ready to let go of my Vertx SOCP). The Ghost is plenty big enough for edc essentials and is meant for short trips and is not a GHB! I use it while out on trips and while attending long events while in the community. It’s made well and serves its purpose! Just make sure if you’re off body carrying? You are training your draw and coordination. I’ve had this for a month now and can draw and maneuver fairly well, due to practicing (and it didn’t take long to adjust to bag).
