This is my balance for gut health. At the moment, I had constipation for a few weeks and it was hard for me to handle while the laxative did not help me, but this traditional herb powder. I finished the bag. It is traditional medicine which I am not a doctor, and I just review what I experienced with this product. As you can search how performance they are all over the internet. I select this one because they are pure, nothing added and I did not have time to wait id I order from Thailand. I am satisfied with the result. It also detox my health I noticed that but not in a hard way

This product was recommended to me and I am really happy with the results. It has a sweeter taste but It is torailable nontheless. Plus the results are fantastic which definitely outweighs the taste. It really helped with my stomach issues and I am not backed up like I was before. I had to intake a lot of fiber to keep up with it. Now I just add this to my morning shake and I don’t have any issues. This product definitely helped with my bowel movement so if your someone that is constantly battling that I would recommend this product. I am so glad that I don’t have to sit through meetings or at my desk feeling uncomfortable anymore.

I haven't written a review about a supplement in a bit (and I'm trying quite a few!) but this one had such immediate and noticeable results I felt I must share my experience with anyone else struggling with IBS w/constipation! My condition has been dismissed by so many doctors and gastroenterologists who just tell me to take more fiber, excercise, send me home with laxatives. I eat a very healthy diet and have been able to cut out most foods that seem to cause major bloating and discomfort (just trial & error) but the continuously being stopped up seems to only be helped with overdosing on laxatives (I use Phillips Caplets, no cramping and works overnight if you take a bunch - basically epsom salt in a caplet). I found Triphala powder via a trendier supplement company then compared more affordable options on Amazon. I love that it's certified organic and I seriously works. Like in a I can't believe this is so effective but I'm not going to question how magical it is kind of works. I put 1 1/2 Tsp in my morning smoothie, bulletproof coffee, or Matcha latte. It doesn't much affect the taste. Within an hour I have a normal bowel movement, or if I'm stopped up and haven't taken it in days, it relieves the back log (sorry for the pun) with no pain or cramping. I've read other reviewers saying they've used this to cleanse and I totally believe this is a great supplement to aid with that. Anyways, I hope Triphala helps more people out there who are as uncomfortable as I was!!!!

I came across Triphala years ago when I was looking into traditional Ayurvedic herbs and medicines as a potential benefit to help reduce some of my musculo-skeletal pains that I've had for years. I didn't want to rely on prescription or OTC pain medications that aren't healthy and basically make me want to sleep all day. Triphala has definitely helped. It also has many other purported potential benefits such as promoting wound healing, hair growth and scalp health, mild laxative properties and much more. It's not a panacea but I believe it can help in many instances. I would just add to be sure to read up on it and make sure it's a good choice in your particular circumstances.

Good triphala

I was very impressed by this powder and would highly recommend it's use. The effects where immediate and I've already started seeing the benefits. The taste isn't the best, so I wouldn't recommend it on it's own. I mix it into my morning smoothie, I feel full for hours after using it. I've been using it for over a week and I definitely will work this into my morning routine. This is a must try!

Does not work for me. Taste off. Not sure what this is mixed with. Was a waste of money. I bought two pounds of it. I days organic but it is of poor quality.
