Bought hoping it might help me sleep. Sadly it didn't
Mylo-Inositol is perhaps most commonly used as a supplement for PCOS. However, I actually got this hoping it would help me sleep, having read on the internet that it may enhance mood, reduce symptoms of stress, sitmulate metabolism of "feel-good" hormones, and possibly even reduce anxiety and depression. I have been taking it specifically in conjunction with Vinco's triple sleep magnesium L-threonate, which is a UK formulation of Dr Andrew Huberman's Sleep Cocktail/ Sleep Stack. Apparently, Huberman began experimenting with 900mgs of myo-inositol alongside his original 3 ingredient sleep cocktail at bedtime. He claimed he then noticed an improvement in his sleep and could get back to sleep quicker if he woke up in the middle of the night. Anyway I decided to add Mylo-Inositol and long story short, it didn't help me sleep better or noticeably otherwise benefit me. I noticed no ill side effects though, and I can vouch for the pureness of this product. Comes with a tiny 0.5mg scoop inside the tub.

Easy to use supplement.
This is an easy to use supplement which just adds into your morning drink, tea, coffee, etc. Just stir it in and I didnt really notice any difference, has a neutral taste so didnt change the flavour of my drink. Too early to say if I have noticed any significant change in my energy levels but will persevere as its so easy to use.
