They REALLY work!
Excellent product, it stopped my leg cramps 99.5%. I have only had 1 night that they didn't do the job. When you look at a couple hundred nights, that's a fantastic win ratio! I really recommend this product.

Wow! Who knew a supplement could help me sleep so well. Im going through perimenopause and haven’t slept all night, in years! It only took about a week of taking the magnesium glycinate, when I started sleeping so much better! It only took about 2 days, when I started having regular bowel movements! Which I’ve always struggled with. Occasionally I do have to skip a day, because I will get a little intestinal discomfort. But it’s not horrible. I’ve only been taking this about 3 weeks, so I will update my review if I notice any other issues. My daughter recommended this brand of magnesium glycinate and I’m so glad she did. I just recommended it to a friend, who is also going through perimenopause. She slept through the night on day two, after taking it. She’s only been taking it for about 4 days. I highly recommend this magnesium supplement for women going through perimenopause/menopause!
