this is perfect

I like the design and it’s particularly useful for anyone who likes to seep teas for long durations or just keep it warm to drink throughout the day. The power consumption is not exactly low though, and it doesn’t turn off automatically, so you have to remember to turn it off~

Very happy. It is working perfect since we bought it (approximately for the last 6 months) The only issue there are some sign of corrosion (dots) started recently.

Amazing quality and design .totally satisfied

I was initially impressed with the tea maker's quality and size — the kettle is sturdy and large enough to serve 8 cups of tea, which is great for gatherings. However, I encountered a serious safety issue with the teapot. The handle, which appears to be glued to the body, detached due to heat exposure. This caused the teapot to break unexpectedly, leading to a burn injury. For a product that deals with high temperatures, this flaw is unacceptable. I hope the manufacturer addresses this design flaw to prevent potential harm to others.

Unfortunately, after 2 months, the handle of the teapot separated from its glass body and became unusable. Three years ago, we had another one of the same model and the same problem occurred with it and the teapot separated from the handle and broke. It is very dangerous when you have a child at home.,
