Love, love, love this "noodle" maker!
I am a personal trainer and yet still struggle with eating my green vegetables (unless they are in powder form in a smoothie!). I am now going through at least 12 to 15 Zuchinni a week for me, my toddler and my husband. My daughter calls them noodles and eats them twice a day. I put off buying this for a long time because I figured I would get the same results using my vegetable peeler. But trying to make them that way always resulted in mushy Zuchinni ribbon like things. This creates long, thick, uniform noodles. I saute them and they end up tender but maintain their noodle shape. My 2 year old really thinks they are noodles. I'm telling you, you really can put pasta sauce on these and feel satisfied- AND save yourself 80% of the calories and carbs. The actual twisting of the Zuchinni does get a little tiring (and yes I know how lazy that sounds), but I wish there was a socket wrench type lid that made the twisting less annoying. It is like sharpening a giant pencil, but you have to twist, release, twist a ton of times to get the whole Zuchinni noodled. But I love the end result so much that I'm still maxing out the star rating on it. There is also a ribbon maker on the other end. I haven't found a great use for that option as I am content with the noodle part for now. It does come with a lid with spikes on the inside that you are supposed to use when the Zuchinni gets too short to hold, but I found that sticking a fork in it works better. Buy this, replace your pasta with Zuchinni and be proud of yourself for eating your vegetables!!

Zoodling will set you free!
Having recently joined the Keto movement, I wanted to find other ways to eat healthy but wanted something that was going to retain my interest in this "lifestyle". I'm not a fan of zucchini so I a little skeptical of this device and all the hub bub of zoodling. I didn't want a huge kitchen appliance with levers and gears and my kitchen is small so I opted for this product. It's small and fits in any drawer and with very little practice, I was zoodling to my hearts content with zucchini. It's easy to clean and if there are any remnants in the zoodler, the small brush will easily remove them. Honestly, a confident stream of hot water will usually do the trick. I haven't tried the ribbon side of this product yet, but I'm certain it will be just a good as the zoodle side. I love this product so much I have purchased one for a friend and recommended it to several other friends. It's a great price and a great device.

What a nifty device. I saw my daughter use this to make vegetable noodles and it worked great!! So I promptly ordered one and used it last night for the first time. It was pretty easy to use in terms of creating zucchini noodles. A couple suggestions I have for other users is: - Definitely DO peel your zuchinni, otherwise the Zoodle won't work as well. A handy (and sharp) peeler is included in the package. - Only cut off the end of the zuchinni that you don't put into the Zoodle tool since you will want to retain as much of the length as possible since you"ll have about 1.5" of the zuchinni left over that you won't be able to use - I wish the instructions had told me how to use the black round disc that came with the product. Turns out, you put the cut end of your zuchinni into the Zoodle, then push the black disc onto the other end of the zuchinni to secure it, and THEN turn the black disc to make the zuchinni move through the Zoodle. Once I figured this out, it worked great! - Lastly, i used pretty small zuchinnis and next time I will try a more medium size to see if that size fits well into the Zoodle. Thanks for inventing a tool that helps us pasta lovers live healthier!! I'm ordering one of these for my sister!

Liked it but didn't get the results as per expectations :(
I went to one Mediterranean restaurant and there I got a salad as side dish. It was carrot noodles with some dressing. It was awesome. Presentation, taste everything was perfect. So I thought of looking for recipes and through one blog I found the device called vegetable spiral slicer. While searching on Amazon, I found there are tons of similar slicer with different companies, so I started my research (reading the reviews and question/answers). I found this one with good reviews and bought this slicer for myself. Now this slicer works very good on Zucchini. The blades are sharp and good. You have to be careful at times. Cleaning is also easy because of the brush provided. But when I tried on carrots, I didn't get the results as per expectations. I guess there are few points which should be mentioned in the description - 1. It does good job on zucchini and other vegetable of that size. (I am not a big fan of zucchini. I got this one specially for carrots and beetroot) 2. It wont work on thin carrots. We usually don't get the carrots of zucchini size from top to bottom. They are tend to be bigger on the roots and slimming down on bottom. So half of the carrot is wasted. You have to either chop it or grate it. 3. Also tried on beetroot but again didn't get the results as noodles. there should a video showing how to make noodles of all the vegetables. I will try using this slicer one more time before returning it. I would have given it five stars if it worked on carrots as it does on zucchini.

Good Little Tool and Bicep Developer
I haven’t used this yet but it appears to be sturdy and well made. Good packaging, delivery on time. Will update review after use. Update: This little device works as described. It does take a bit of elbow grease, but that is to be expected. Don’t think I’d like to make a dish for four though because it does take some time and effort. It’s well made, has a cap for pushing the last of the vegetable through, a little paring tool and a wee little brush to help clean out the crevices. Packing is nice with a little recipe brochure included, too. All in all exactly as advertised, well made, and it does what it’s supposed to. I think the kind of vegetables that could be zoodled would be limited to specific sizes and possibly hardness. I used it so far only on zucchini which isn’t too dense so it worked okay.
