Boosting liver health maybe
I have to be on long term meds that may damage my liver, so adding this might help. Capsules are average size, easy to swallow.

Smooths out my digestive system
I like this stuff. It takes away any problems with acid. I use a semaglutide that slows my digestion, but this seems to smooth all those issues out for me.
