I think these actually work!
Honestly, I never gave B6-B6 any thought before having testing done by a functional doctor. He recommended these and I started taking them. It's slow-going but I really do think they are helping my energy levels. I don't love the price but they do seem to be quite effective.

Be careful and please don't take without medical prescription as I did, Got a panic attack while walking with my wife a couple hours after my first intake Works as described, but it was way to strong for me
