On daily, I average 300-500mg caffeine intake via espresso, kcups, karak chai, v8 energy or some combination of these forms. When I took this last year for Ramadan fasting, I noticed these helped relieve my headaches, crashes and heavy eye lids throughout my workday. I took two pills usually, and few mornings with less sleep night before, three pills would do the trick. These were super effective, and i had sustained energy levels. They did NOT upset my stomach or make my heart murmur or anything since I already have a high tolerance for caffeine.

Coffee gives me headaches and energy drinks have a bunch of unhealthy crap in them. So I was looking for the healthiest caffeine I can find so I tried these. I've only been taking one in the morning and it seems to give me steady energy throughout the whole day. I have a low caffeine tolerance, but I was very impressed. All other forms of caffeine I've tried seem to give a spike then a crash, but these don't. Honestly it's amazingly cheap too compared to making coffee or buying an energy drink everyday.

Tolerance can happen! Even with 2 capsules .. I take it at 7am then by 3pm ( I need a pick me up! Such as. Caffeine electrolytes water) I mean it’s like the same duration of effectiveness as OTC 200mg tablets but it saves me some $$.

I can't sleep and the pills are definitely giving me the jitters. I took a pill at 1 pm and now its 4:12 am at night. This has happened over the last two days and literally nothing else has changed about my schedule

This product definitely works but they gave me headaches. I'm sensitive to headaches already though. The energy was moderate and not jittery. Didn't make me crash either. I usually took 1 a day. Worth the purchase. Small pills, easy to swallow.

I am a caffeine addict. I've got 8 kids and I'm a graduate student, so I NEED caffeine. I've tried them all. I need energy without the stomach pain, jitters, or midmorning crash. This is hands down my favorite. It is slow release so not a high then a low. I don't need something short of meth, I need consistent normal energy. This also helps my mood. We all get irritated at small things when we're tired and this erases that for me. Did I mention 2 of my kids have special needs? So irritability is no bueno. I've found that if I take this in the morning, I'm good to go when everyone gets up and the chaos begins! It may not work for everyone, but I've found it helps me exactly the way I need it when I need it.

This is a good supplement on those days that I didn’t get enough sleep.
