Last year, I purchased a caravan Go 2.0 as a gift for my brother-in-law's birthday. Unfortunately, it didn't function properly due to software issues. Noon graciously accepted it for repair after the warranty expired. However, even after repairs, the problem persisted. We had to return it and receive a refund. This year, I tried Amazon platform and purchased another caravan, this time the Caravan 2.0. Disappointingly, it also had flaws. The packaging showed signs of handling, and the product itself seemed used. Although it initially worked after charging, the handle broke before I could gift-wrap it, shattering my hopes. While the concept is appealing, the quality is lacking, so I advise against purchasing it

Very good assortment and selection in the stored music. However, importantly, there should have been a facility to be able to see the list of the various songs that have been preloaded and preferably an opportunity to cherry pick the songs one likes.

Product is OK, but my unit fail to connect to wi-fi. Did reset and followed their instructions, but still it did not work. Will return the piece for replacement

My wife purchased this from Amazon, two actually; one as a gift Both after few months, music started breaking making it literally useless.
