Best Magnesium Supplement I’ve ever had!! I’ve had trouble with a lot of forms of magnesium supplements being issues with absorption and causing that trip to the toilet in the morning everyone dreads and I’m certain my digestive system hated me for! I used to use Calm for years but was told by a Dr. the citric acid was not good for the system. I also had issues if I took too much of the Calm. I finally found my match!!! This blend and type of Magnesium is the best for me personally. I’ve been on it about a month and no issues in the morning! I fall asleep within 10-20 minutes after drinking this at night. It feels like as soon as my head hits the pillow!! Note: as long as I do not force myself to stay awake looking at my computer, phone, or tv… I love the flavor!!! I can hardly tell there is lemon, it’s not strong at all… one thing I question is, is the form of “lemon” they have in here really lemon or chemically made? I haven’t looked in to this further… it does say crystallized lemon… sure doesn’t seem like it… which is why I love it but question it a bit. Other than that I have no issues or complaints or problems thus far. I do wish it weren’t as expensive as it is. Have to do what I can for my body though… this seems to be it!

I bought this for a couple of reasons. I don't drink enough water during the day because I don't get thirsty and don't care for plain water. So I bought this. It is not real sweet and the lemon taste is light. I leave the package sitting out & it's bright yellow lemon on dark blue gets my attention. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm getting extra Magnesisum & staying hydrated.

This product was recommended as one that has the best absorption, really helpful if you have absorption issues as I do. It works great but it’s very pricey in my opinion. Wish it was more affordably priced.

Very light taste (in a 33 oz water bottle), so you could actually toss this in another flavored water beverage. Helps sleep and leg cramps. Mixes quickly and easily!

Still is great product but they recently changed the packaging material and is now impossible to open without scissors and seems cheaper too sadly ~
