Makes very good espresso and easy to use ### ⭐ These machines will fail in about a year or less *by A***R on January 5, 2026* I have purchased two of these machines and having worked for Whirlpool, understand how to make espresso. The problem is these machines do not last and trying to get a replacement requires waiting 3 hours and 50 minutes on the phone. I still having gotten through to service. You read correctly. 3 hours and 50 minute wait on the phone. The first machine worked for about 2 years of daily use approximately 3 times / day then the heater failed. The second unit worked for just 6 months and it failed.
