Loved it and will buy again

Terrible packaging ..nozzle so short it cannot reach any cream to come out. Very disappointing. Heavy outer package misleading as inside is very small . Expensive

I love this stuff! It's a terrific moisturizer and a good deal. I already ordered the eye cream. Can't wait to start using that too.

Great product but Long delivery time

I understand this cream has good reviews and probably is a very good product. I was not lucky with this product as the pump stoped working after only one use. And I cannot find a way to get the product out so it does not get wasted.

My cream also came without the pump tube inside, meaning I had to take the whole contraption apart daily to use it. That would have made this three stars for me (although I like the feel of the cream, packaging matters)... BUT... The two-star review is a result of the "bio-retinol alternative" claim, which is the main reason I picked this product.
