I take this every day, just one tablet. I think its purity and efficacy are very good.

This product is good and lab tests are passing. But this form isn't as bio available as the triglyceride form. So to make this much more beneficial, take with a fatty meal like with eggs or avocados. According to studies it is absorbed a lot more with a fatty meal containing triglycerides. Don't just take my word for it, look it up. Certifications by nutrasource website. Search for Omega-3 supplements. Each lot is tested so you can see the results and the oxidized amounts. Any amount under 10 is good, 6 or less is even better. Store them in the fridge after opening, they will last much longer. Not a doctor, just my research.
