Se avería a los pocos meses y no hay respuesta por parte del vendedor, te quedas con un cacharro caro y roto. El fabricante se ha puesto en contacto ye pide envie el producto dañado a una dirección de un almacén en Inglaterra.....y que cuando llegue me enviará otro desde China que tardará un mes en llegar.....al final me quedo sin ordenador...... Amazon se desentiende del asunto, es un timo, los chicos te engañan con la ayuda de Amazon.

He resuelto el problema siguiendo las instrucciones del vendedor. Tenía la tarjeta de memoria sin conectar en su alojamiento.
