I really appreciate the customer support for constantly following up and giving necessary assistance in arranging service experts on site. The bike is a very good ride. The response while riding with pedal assist is really good. It’s made the ride so easy and effortless. Few things to keep in mind is to charge fully (5hrs in my case) before going for long ride. Also during initial installation myself, i found the disc brake not up to the mark first time, and since bike is going with extra power is NOT likely to stop as expected. You would need assistance here. Also i wish the bike had a horn and light, which can be bought separately. Apart from all these, the bike motor, battery are all good and working well which are the main components.

Cycle is comfortable but the seat is little bit high

I purchased an Urban Terrain Cycle; it's an awesome experience.Believe me, mileage and battery are awesome, and when I ride my cycle, everyone looks at me and asks me about the cycle.& i will review my cycle with in 4 days the build quality is awesome, battery charging completed on 3 hours when i'm riding this cycle after full charge it run 35-40 km on good speed, which is the most interesting part on this, in my village many person taken test drive this cycle most of the person want to purchase this cyle highely recommended, is my first bettery cycle i'm planning for e bike but now i drop because of this cycle if possible so will do some modification with cereal in future, very happy cult team also good they given proper response for every query go and buy this product. Hi everyone, This a cycle where parts are been purchased and assembled, please don't buy this company cycle bcoz battery life is not as expected (after 6 months battery is dead), safety is non bcos while charging the battery part gets heated up, Build quality is very poor after few days paint from handle bar started to Pop up like blisters. Safety due to the Auto cut off below average, fit as my height 170cm and weight 64-65 kgs is also average, easy of assembly was a Epic bcoz the technician team didn't adjust the brakes,height of seat and the spocks (after few ride within 10 minutes the it starts to give a qweke sound due to this issue i spent almost 1000+ , value for low budget people and parents don't buy for ur child it will be a challenge for after sales there is nil or no service bcos after a week technician is assigned for your help and then technician will be coming after 2 day's . Also not familiar with the electrical work and technical knowledge. If the you found this cycle in the offline market then it's a salute to the shop keeper. This company is not getting any support with the offline market. So please don't hesitate to contact the service team it's a very very pathetic condition. This a chinese parts but with Indian name. All the parts are fragile and unable to get in the local market.

The delivery and the product is good but the customer service was the worst part at first i did not recieve the varification for the installation service in over 40 hours and then we reached out to the customer service to complain about it and they gave the number and asked to contact the supplyer,they said it will take about 4 to 5 days to just reach out to us and then start the service process it has been 10 days since. and still no-one has reached us Overall the e-bike is awsome but the customer service is worthless and a waste of time

It's a productive electric vehicle, with best price range and value for money. So far no issues with the product and It's giving smooth ride.

FIRSTLY AFTER USING IT FOR ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS I WAS NOT AT ALL SATISFIED...........IT HAD PROBLEM WITH MOTOR, WE COULD NOT RECOGNISE IT, TWO TIMES OUR CHARGER GOT BURNED DUE TO FAULT AT MOTOR....................BUT ONE THING I HAVE TO CONFIRM HERE, SERVICE IS SUPERB............EVERY TIME I COMPLAINED THEY ATTAINDED POLITELY AND GOT SERVICES AT FREE OF COST.............LASTLY THE MOTOR WAS CHANGED AND NOW IT IS ALMOST 16MONTHS GONE, NO SINGLE PROBLEM...............I JUST SUGGEST GO FOR IT...........I CAN SAY NO. 1 CYCLE IN ELECTRIC
