Very disappointed — printer arrived broken and missing itemsI bought a thermal printer from this store and was extremely disappointed. The product description clearly stated that it comes with 20 sheets of thermal paper — none were included in the box.But the main issue is that the printer doesn’t work at all. It simply won’t turn on. I checked the cable, power source, and tried multiple outlets — nothing. The device is completely dead.I do not recommend this store.

I switched to this printer from the Phomemo M08F thermal printer and omg I wish I bought this first!The print quality on this is night and day difference.Pro’s:1.) The printer is capable of printing details such as shades and shows and the app allows you to even adjust and play around with the grayscale, sharpness, and contrast to get it more detailed how you want.2.) This printer takes true A4 paper size unlike the Phomemo M08F can’t accept 8.5”x11” paper.3.) The Transfer paper it comes with is just as good as spirit paper, it’s definitely better than the Phomemo transfer paper.Con’s:1.) If you accidentally insert the transfer paper in crooked, there is no way to snap open the feeder to pull out and re-adjust, you just have to feed it through and it causes wrinkles.2.) It cost more than the Phomemo, but this printer is definitely better already so it’s worth the price.

I've been a professional tattoo artist for more than 3 decades, so I'm not just some guy who bought some cheap junk and started hacking out of his basement. I've been looking for a printer like this that didn't break the bank. I've tried a few and they all disappointed me. This one does not. It made a perfect stencil, including all shaded tones on my second try. It was a bit too light on the first attempt, so I adjusted my settings and BOOM. Nailed it. This is going to be a permanent part of my tattoo arsenal now. Stop shopping around and just buy it already. You'll be glad you did.

The print quality is un matched super good quality

Either the printer or the app have caused this and I can’t print one stencil without it messing up and completely printing black I haven’t even had it for a day
