I bought these after my gyno recommend them and yes I can honestly feel it that its so much more healthy i am more confident knowing everything is completely taken care of down there been using them for about 6 months it is now a regular routine for me and it has helped balance me out and keep my flora very very happy its super easy to use i use a pad since it tends to kind of leak at night I've recommended them to my friends who now also use it in their routine im so happy my gyno told me about these I cannot praise this enough !

I was advised to use one per week and it’s been 3 days after I started them and I feel so much better already. I also recommend an oral probiotic to complement! It does wonders for you.

This is very effective for vaginal dryness, itchiness and painful intercourse associated with menopause.

Good product....better than the oral probiotics however this order came without the insertion tool inside the package. Now i hv to figure out what to use as i definitely threw out the previous one...sucks.
