I just started I. This wonderful vitamin. First, you only have to take one a day. It also, is not very big so it’s easy to swallow. The taste in your mouth is like a sweet tart. The vitamin is mostly organic. What more could you want! I will keep buying this vitamin. Price is good too!!

Seems to be doing the job. Not bothering my gut. Will probably reorder. It does have a strong odor, so I cannot put it in my weekly pill holder.

I want to love these because of their ingredient profile. I do love the size and that they are easy to swallow. I did not know what "methylated" meant when ordering and upon smelling them, I thought it was akin to "mentholated"! The smell is not unpleasant but it is strong and not one I like ingesting, almost floral or herby in an inedible way. I take my vitamins with a bite of cottage cheese because I sometimes gag on taking with water. The cottage cheese does not help the aftertaste, but it does help if I take it first and the next few bites will mask it. That is a weird problem to have with taking pills and is why it did not get 5 stars. I take 4 other supplements so I cannot tell you that this multi is amazing or clears foggy brain. I try not to add more than one brand a month so that I can give it a fair review. I've taken this one for 2 weeks without any untoward effects and I did research methylated and am impressed with that advantage. A 2 month supply for the cost is very reasonable . I did take one star off for the 'fragrance' or 'odor'... you decide which it is. I think the quality is there.

The ingredients are good and it's 3rd party tested. I don't think the capsules stink at all; in fact, they smell kind of minty. I've not had any stomach discomfort or bad tastes, or anything negative.

I think they're average for multivitamins, but i switched from another brand due to their disagreeable odor, and, unfortunately, these vitamins have the same odor. This is just generic multivitamin odor, nothing more, but it is off putting.

I have been taking these vitamins for awhile and my hair stylist has remarked on how I have lots of new hair growth for someone my age! I’m taking that as a bonus as to the benefits of using these vitamins. Also my cravings for sugar and junk foods has almost completely disappeared. Over the past year, I’ve lost weight to where I’m the same size as I was when I got married. I like taking just one of these and it’s very convenient to add to my health regime!

These vitamins stink so bad. I tried to ignore the smell, but every time I try to take one, I literally gag. I’m not bothered by much usually-but these are gross. I can not take them -will probably throw away.
