Absolutely beautiful, has multiple settings for brightness etc. Adds the perfect balance of ambiance and has worked well with any soy wax based candles. Smells amazing/ doesn’t get too hot either!

This wax warming lamp comes well-packed and preassembled (with exception of bulb), along with two 35W halogen bulbs. Once a bulb is installed, lamp plugged into a standard electrical socket, and a candle (yours) is placed on the base plate, it's ready to go.The shade for the lamp is glass - a mottled black and amber globe-shape, quite attractive when the lamp is on. I don't know why, but this colorway is listed as gray on the website. The photo displayed by the vendor doesn't look gray, and as shown in my photo, the lamp I received shows no hint of gray.The arm is a brass-colored metal and the base is black metal, with a round indentation to accommodate a candle base up to about 3-7/8" diameter.Warmer is operated with a switch on the electric cord that includes controls for power on/off, increase/decrease intensity of bulb, and 2/4/8 hour timer to turn the lamp off automatically.Evertything operates fine, although I did notice that this lamp takes somewhat longer to get wax to its melting point than another wax melting lamp that I have.
