Good all round support
I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and it’s been a helpful addition to my routine. It hasn’t been a miracle cure, but I’ve noticed my energy has improved. Capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I like that it’s a UK brand and clearly aimed at menopause support. A bit pricey and results aren’t instant, but worth trying if you want non-HRT support.

Ich hab jetzt zum 2ten mal bestellt. Am Anfang habe ich täglich nir eine genommen und die Packung hielt für 2 Monate. Da mich aber diverse Dinge plagten, wie schwindel, ständig kopfweh, Angstzustände und sowieso immer Gelenkschmerzen, dchlafproblele und damit Müdigkeit hab ich jetzt auf die empfohlen Dosis erhöht. Seit ca 2 Wochen nehme ich 1 morgens, 1 mittags und ich bilde mir ein, es ist viel besser geworden. Aich 1x pro Tag brachte schon leichte Verbesserungen, aber ganz toll gings mor trotzdem nicht. 1x Pro Monat war bisher immer eine heikle Woche in der alle Symptome immer besonders mies sind. Die besagte Woche fängt nun an und ich bin gespannt , ob ich meine Ruhe habe oder doch wieder 1 Woche out of order bin
