I like this serum a lot. I saw the effects it said towards the end of the first bottle. Brightening and just giving my skin that more alive look. It does have a slight smell that was a little chemically but I didn't mind as it wasn't necessarily bad just present and went away after a minute or two. For the cost and the effects it's definitely worth the price and I plan to purchase again. Also it didn't oxidize and I accidentally left it open one day. I was using it liberally though knowing it could oxidize. It lasted a little over a month with me using every day. GREAT serum.

I have been using this product for about a week now, and I do think it's helping my skin. My skin look brighter, and more even. I always use a Vitamin C serum in the morning, and this one was recommended to me, so when I ran out of my other one, I decided to give this one a try. The box came opened and damaged, but the bottle was sealed. I was worried because the serum smelled like it had expired. I has a very "bad orange" or maybe rotten fruit smell to it. I thought maybe my serum had been sent to me expired, but then I read more comments and saw that there is a smell to this. I can live with the smell, since I do layer more serums on top of it, so the smell goes away and I do notice a difference in my skin so I do think it's effective. But once this is gone, I don't think I will repurchase.

Love this Vitamin C Serum! It really brightens my mature aging skin. I am 40 and really starting to get into skin care. I did my research on Vitamin C serums and this is the best bang for your buck! There is no smell to it that I can tell and its easy to apply!

I have tried many pure form vitamin C serums and this is my favorite. It is both affordable and effective.

First of all this item is normally 4.0 stars for me. This brand is a European brand and I love their products. The only reason I would knock off a star is because I'd prefer it it came in an airless pump. They usually produce their vitamin C serums weekly to keep it fresh. However, for this particular batch I received I'd give three stars because this one had started oxidizing (had slight yellowish tint, instead of the usual crystal clear colour) and it had a slight smokey burnt smell when it's usually odourless. Will be returning and to be honest will avoid ordering my cosmetics from Amazon from now on. Actual product review: If ordered directly from their website, the serum is fresh and you will be able to use the entire product without it oxidizing. It's usually a clear odourless watery serum which is effective at with keeping the skin smooth, and bright. It's 15% concentration hasn't caused me any irritation but that might be because I have oily resilient skin. I have been using this product am & pm for over 3 years and my skin texture, tone and brightness have improved tremendously. However, buying from Amazon means the risk of the products sitting in the warehouse for too long is high.

Heard great reviews about this Vitamin C serum so I purchased. So far in using it I have seen slight improvement in skin brightening. Very happy with the product. Would purchase again in the future when my supply runs low/out. Also, note first use or two stung very slightly due to the high Vitamin C strength, but now my skin is tolerating it just fine.

As I had used vitamin c serums in the past that broke me out, I was a little bit hesitant to buy this vitamin c as I didn't want to waste £12 on a product I wouldn't use. Fortunately, my skin has been loving this serum so far. I've not noticed any irritation but my skin feels a little warm after applying it. It's a very watery serum that absorbs quickly, leaving my skin glowing. 15% vitamin c with vitamin e & ferulic acid is the gold standard, so for £12 this serum is incredible. I would much rather pay £12 than an eye-watering £165. It smells a little bit like 'hotdog water' like vitamin c serums I've used in the past but much less than the other ones. I decanted 10ml into a small dropper bottle I keep in the bathroom (Geek&Gorgeous recommends this) and the rest is kept in the fridge to slow down the degradation of the vitamin c so it will last longer (the serum is clear so you know it's fresh and will last a while before needing to worry). I've not been using it for long so I can't comment on the long-term benefits but I expect to see a reduction in PIH, softer and bouncier skin and protection against environmental stressors that could worsen acne. Llevo tiempo usando este suero y estoy encantada. La relación calidad/precio es de 10. Es una fórmula muy ligera, casi como agua, que se absorbe enseguida y deja la piel luminosa, más uniforme y con ese efecto “buena cara” que todas buscamos. Hay que guardarla en el frigorífico y, si no me equivoco, dura unos 2 meses. Pero a diferencia de otras marcas más caras (tipo La Roche-Posay), cuando toca tirarla porque se ha oxidado, no duele tanto, porque el precio es mucho más asequible. Y lo mejor: nunca me ha causado irritación ni reacción rara, cosa que sí me ha pasado con otros sueros de vitamina C. Es ideal para pieles sensibles, y que al llevar ácido ferúlico y vitamina E, potencia el efecto antioxidante sin añadir grasa ni pesadez. También ayuda a mejorar el tono desigual y a prevenir el daño ambiental, algo que se nota con el uso constante. Si estás buscando una vitamina C eficaz, bien formulada y que no te vacíe el bolsillo, esta es una opción fantástica. Yo ya la he recomendado a varias amigas y todas han repetido.
