This tea is not the tastiest, but it works ! Gets my menstrual cycle flowing ! Recommend ! If you have lemons or lemon juice it would make the tea taste alot better !

I bought this to use while recovering from surgery. I like to take the natural approach whenever possible so I rely on herbal teas a lot. It isn't as well known as chamomile or oolong, but pine needle tea has a lot of great benefits. It's high in vitamin A which is great for eye health and skin repair. It also contains more vitamin C than lemons which is a big boost for your immune system. This makes it a very good choice for someone recovering from surgery or a long illness. It has a strong scent that fills the room and reminds me of Christmas. I really like the flavor, but it can be a little strong for some people. It has some minty undertones so you can pair it with spearmint leaves to mellow out the flavor or add a little honey. Because it is so strong, I can use the tea bags twice before the flavor starts to be diluted.

Isn’t strong enough, yea bag is weak

Got this with hopes it may help reduce my liver enzymes. I make a 12 oz cup of tea and found this tea is weak in both flavor & color (which is fine given what it's made of--it's not a black tea after all) so I need 3 bags to make my cup of tea. I just add a smidge of organic Stevia and I'm happy with it. Already bought a 2nd bag. The bag the seller uses is very high quality with a very strong zip seal (so strong in fact I have difficulty opening it so I just cut it and and clip it shut).
