When we travel to various part of Britain we invariably enccountor issues with Internet.Now, I can hear many of you say, "well your on holiday why would you want to have the same amount of interference which the Internet brings at home". Its simple, when you've spent the day entertaining your family and its your time to unwind, having the kids hooked to their shows on prime and we able to watch what I want helps everyone to round off a perfect day.Ive tried a few mobile wifi car dongles over the years with varying success. But when routers started to offer a sim card capabilities, this opened up a whole new ball game.This is a trie band wifi7 cable refurbished roughter. Its unlocked but I purchased a preloaded unlimited EE one month sim for £24. Its performance was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was getting up to 980Mbs and lowest approximately 500Mbs.Im seriously considering when my Internet full fiber contract ends, I will swap to a sim monthly contract.This router is exceptionally powerful and has mesh capabilities. I would recommend this for travelling or perminant home use.Great gagit.

I am getting good reception and speeds up to 100mbs but if you are in a poor single area no option for any external arials and if you need more than 2 Ethernet sockets you will need a external switch socket. Mine did not have the save me card or any instructions but it is easy to set up, and the instructions are available within the hubs control panel. The password for WiFi and control panel and how to access this are printed on the underneath of the router as is the sim socket which is under a small cover. The SIM is a nano sim Ian using EE as this is the best in my area but you can use any SIM Mack sure that you get a data sim as any other may throttle your speed. So far I have had no drop outs and wireless is good. The control panel gives you lots of options .

After reading mixed product reviews I decided to take a chance on it as I wanted to upgrade my 4 year old Oppo T1, The unit arrived in pristine condition but upon testing on different networks I found that my old Oppo T1 outperformed this router on several speed tests from 3 different providers ( Oppo being on average 4x faster ) I was very disappointed with the results and the performance from a much newer item so returned the router for a refund.

Superb piece of kit! Obviously the only "hard part" was finding a decent location by the windows to site it.It connects blindingly fast and offers upto wifi 7 You need to scan the sticker inside the box for the user guide.To change passwords and setup up.Unreservedly recommended!

Arrived from Greenboxshop in mint condition in original packaging by EE. Speed test is only 150 mbps because my sim is capped at 150 by asda mobile (which uses vodafone network). The router itself is fabulous. Just make sure to pick the unlimited sim using a network with good coverage in your area. Set up was also a breeze, just plug your sim in the slot and play. Sometimes wifi connection with some devices gets interrupted.
