Having diverticulitis messes with your belly; if you know, you know. The price for trying this item was acceptable as nothing is under 20 dollars, nowadays. Packing and safety were followed. Really no smell until that poop comes out! Cellulose capsules for quick and easy digestion. Quality was there; after about two days things started moving, make sure your drinking water for easier ease🫣. Works better than taking laxatives and better for gut health. Would recommend if you got belly issues. Would like a third party testing to know the ingredients, but that’s just me. Otherwise great product.

Seems to be good quality. Like a lot of supplements, you don't necessarily see of feel the difference in your health. But, you do your research and trust that it is a worthy investment.
