It’s your judgment call
I used this for a month, and I don’t feel like it did anything. I had measure my normal growth rate and when I used this, the growth rate was still exactly the same. I think it made my hair a bit healthier, but the same could’ve been done with a good quality shampoo and conditioner. However, it was a nice treat to have everyday that I found myself looking forward too.
