Hmb
This is a great inexpensive HMB/D3 supplement. The other brand is used was 3x more expensive and this one works just as good.

A little bit of confusion
I have been taking these daily for several months now and haven’t been having any issues or adverse reactions after taking these. My only concern is that this supplement contains a lot of great things, on the label. However, I just feel confused about how they fit it all into one medium sized capsule per day. I’m not really sure how to verify or negate what’s on the label. I have just found with other HMB supplements, that I have to take more capsules for less amount of HMB. Well I just looked again at the product page, and it says that one serving is 3 capsules, which makes much more sense. However, I thought the label on the bottle said 1 capsule per serving. So maybe this is my mistake.

HMB seems to work but I just got it & can't give a better description.
Seems to work well but I just stated taking it, i haven't had it long enough to give any more about it.

This stuff made me physically ill
Not sure whether it is a bad batch or if it caused a reaction, but this stuff made be physically ill during the time I was taking it. Ended up discontinuing taking these and threw out the remaining pills. Cannot recommend this.
