Definitely less grey hair
Not sure what other effects it is having but my hair is less grey ! The flavour could be better

Very Impressed!
I have been using NAD capsules for a while now and I honestly can’t understand the negative reviews these products get from people expecting instant anti-aging results. That’s not how NMN and NAD work. They support cellular repair and rebuild NAD levels, which takes time to show visible anti-aging results. Consistency is key, and anyone who has taken NAD for a long time will know this. That said, I did notice an immediate boost in energy and mental clarity, which is great bonus. Plus, the gummies taste great . If you’re realistic and patient, this is a fantastic investment in your long term health.

It doesn't have NMN the ingredients
It isn't NMN, it is NAD l, which is poorly absorbed compared the NMN. However the bioperine helps fir better absorption. The name of the product is misleading. Tastes great and did notice a little boost of energy.

Inconsistent sizes
Very poor quality control with regards to sizing, some of them are double the size of others so you have absolutely no idea what dose you are getting each time. They also leave a very bitter taste in your mouth after eating, which was unpleasant.

Did the job
These were delivered in good time, and definitely helped me with energy production. I understand the reviews saying they smell bad, but i don't think that translates to their taste. I do think i ended up with palpitations with them, highlighing that you should probs seek GP advice before taking.

Tastes awful, works though!
I can REALLY tell the difference in my energy! I have a metabolic dysfunction and always have to think about pacing myself. Or I had to. Not any more. I have had so much more energy after 2 weeks. The taste is not great but I'll put up with that for the positive effects! So good. Buy them.

Very sweet
Having been using these for approximately one month I can't say I am noticing any difference .. however .. as with all supplements it takes time so willing to give it a go. The gummies themselves are quite large and do have a tendency to stick together in the tub. The flavouring although not unpleasant is very very sweet .. almost too saccharine but as it's once a day it's not too bad. Will continue to take to see if there are any noticeable improvements
