I chose to purchase this product not only to maintain gut health, but also to help regulate my sugar cravings. I didn’t notice any difference for the first few weeks but I stuck with it. The effect has been gradual but now into the second bottle I realize I’m really not much interested in sweets. It snuck up on me and I love it. It took a few weeks but I feel like my metabolism reset. The green capsules are ¾” in long and are, well, typical capsules to swallow. Take them with meals. If I didn’t, I would get an upset stomach. Ultimately, I am losing weight. I really don’t have energy or mood swings and can recognize real hunger signals. Keep up your exercise. Make calories count. Is it worth the money? If you’re in the same situation, it is worth a try.

These are so fantastic for gut health! I even open them and sprinkle them on my dog's or cat's food when one of them has diarrhea.

So far so good. I did notice improvement initially, but have seemed to level off a bit as my body is getting used to the supplement. I have just ordered my second bottle as I believe probiotics can take a few months to really make a difference I will add that I have only been taking one capsule a day so far. I will begin with the recommended dose of 3 capsules daily on my second bottle. Will update if I see additional changes/ benefits.

Not sure if my batch is bad, and It took forever to receive them when ordered. Upon taking 2 pills first day. They made me very sickly and typically my stomach is strong enough to withstand most anything. I’ve taken supplements before so this was a weird immediate reaction. I gave it a few days and took a single pill. After a few hours I developed a headache. And to be safe took another single pill the next day and the headache came back with stomach issues. I couldn’t imagine what my body would do if I took the true dosage. This was more to make sure they were not reacting negatively, and unfortunately they are. I have since stopped taking them and my body has reverted back to normal. No headaches or stomach aches. My honest opinion is that I have a bad batch of whatever is in these and my body is hyper sensitive to any weird changes that are not good. Currently take supplements and have never experienced anything similar to the immediate reactions I had with this product. Sad because I was hoping to not have wasted money but I cannot continue taking these if they will hurt me every time.
