Slightly Gentle, But Effective Tea
This tea has worked well for me (20s), my mom (50s), and my grandma (70s). We like to use it when we’re feeling a bit bloated or constipated, and it definitely helps promote regular bowel movements. From our experience, the effects can vary — sometimes it works within 6 hours, sometimes 8 hours, or even overnight — but usually everything clears within a day. As for the taste, it’s very mild and doesn’t have much flavor beyond regular tea. The fragrance isn’t strong or overbearing, which I like. I usually add honey and drink it quickly, and it goes down easy.

Ahh atlasss the one and only magical caga-te, this is stuff your Tias and mom talk about. Great tummy cleansing, good after a heavy night at your local kbbq spot to flush it all out.

It works!
At least for me it is effective. I drink a cup at night with a little lemon and the next day I’m going. Only downside, I found that it made me go more than once and not back to back. It isn’t something I’d recommend if you had to get up and go out the next day. It does hurt like heck; I find myself clenching my stomach when it is time to go. The taste, it’s not good but it’s also not bad. Adding a dash of lemon or honey is usually suffice enough and then it tastes fine.
