My whole family was severely sick with an upset stomach. They were all hospitalised and put on all sorts of antibiotics. After seeing Eric bergs video I bought this tablet but later realised that this is not the well researched strain but just a proprietary strain of the company. No research papers available on it. I was confused whether to use or not. I decided to take the risk and have it. To my great surprise my gut health improved dramatically. Sleep was amazing. It is definitely worth trying. Still if you want to buy the popular & well researched strains, buy the ones mentioned below: • DSM 17938 • ATCC PTA 6475 • RC-14 • ATCC PTA 5289 • SD2112 (ATCC 55730) • NCIMB 30242 UPDATE: I reduced 3 kgs in 2 months using this . Then bought bio Gaia brand from US which is more popular. It was also good but did nothing for my weight. Meibotan brand has extremely high amounts of good bacteria as compared to other famous brands. So it is more effective. Just that we must have for atleast 3 months. 2 months is not enough.

Zero probiotic bacteria! Tested by a microbiologist.
Product contains either dead or zero L. reuterii bacteria. Used powder from one capsule in 150 ml sterilized milk, incubated in a yogurt incubator for around 16 hours. ZERO curdling! The milk was still completely liquid at the end of it. I am a trained microbiologist, so I can confidently say that this product is a complete failure. Meibotan is just selling an inert powder under the guise of selling a probiotic. Stay clear of this fraudulent product.

Lots of gut related problems for the past two decades... have antacids..food control...and all .. finally tried to this amazing probiot called L reuteri..it's worked...no pain no discomfort and bloating...now I am moving to make L reuteri yogart..thanks for dr berg and William davis🙏

High-quality L. Reuteri supplement – works great for yogurt too!
I’ve been using Meibotan’s L. Reuteri capsules mainly to make probiotic yogurt using the Dr. William Davis method, and I’m impressed! The fermentation is quick, and the yogurt comes out smooth and tangy—definitely a sign of strong, viable bacteria. I also spoke with the company’s MD and was assured about the strain quality and their reputation (they even supply to major Indian brands). Happy to hear they’ve updated the capsule shell too. Great product at a fair price!
