When it comes to using, I personally found using aloe or another type of conducting gel work a lot better than using just some water. When it comes to this working out, I've been using this for about 2 months and just in my arms alone, I've started to see a lot more definition than what I had before. When using on my stomach, after 1 session, I feel like I did a bunch of sit ups even though I'm not having to lay down and possibly hurt my back. I have mainly used this on my thighs and I had a pair of pants that was a bit tight around my thighs but since using this stimulator, they aren't feeling so tight any more. This is so easy to use and changing the type of stimulating I want is just as easy as pressing a button. Like mentioned above, I've been using this for about 2 months and this stimulator is still going strong. While it is stimulating my muscles, I found that this doesn't hurt at all.

Overall its just not that great of a product. I've used other ab stimulation products and this one just isn't up to snuff. Its weak even at the highest level and the controller took forever to actually stay attached to the belt. It was not worth the buy in my opinion.

I have had a bad back for years. I immediately started having relief when I started using this on my back. The only awkward thing is trying to work the controls behind my back. I also use it on my abs to help strengthen my core and I think I am slowly making progress there as well. It's much easier to use in front. I love being able to just spray down the pads and use it without having to press on pads or give it much thought. Last week my elbow started bothering me and I used the arm ones. It relieved the pain and the pain resolved itself within a couple days of starting to use this.

It’s very easy to use, and super comfortable. It’s always good when I finished my exercise, And it’s not too expensive. I really like this!

Affordable, You can feel the constricting of the muscles, the arm bands are difficult to put on by yourself and tgen to read the timer, will keep using regularly. Size is correct.

I was a little unsure at first, but all the different modes actually do what they’re supposed to. The quality surprised me too—it’s lightweight, flexible, and so comfortable that I barely notice it’s on, except for the pulsing. I can’t recommend it enough. I used to struggle just lifting my left arm past my head or even getting dressed, but now it’s so much easier, I’ve got more control, and the pain has seriously gone down.

My friend recommended me to buy it. But when I received the product, I found that it was completely different from what I had tried. The setup was very troublesome and it was too tightly contracted! It made me very uncomfortable.
