My parents always took one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before a meal and they said it really helped them with digestion and they attributed their good health in part in this daily habit. I tried putting apple cider vinegar in my water but that habit didn't last long. I ordered a bottle of 60 Vital Surge, Maximum Strength Advanced Supplement Gummies by Syvor because it has 1000 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar as a main ingredient. I was surprised that even though the gummies do taste like apple cider vinegar, the apple taste is mild and sweet, the texture is smooth and I like the taste. I ate two before lunch and my stomach feels really good. I usually eat two meals a day and I will eat 2 gummies before each meal. In addition to apple cider vinegar, there is beet juice, pomegranate, vitamin B6 & B12, and folate (folic acid). I have to be careful about the Iodine at 100 mcg, that is also added, and clear with my doctor, however. I rate the Vital Surge Performance gummies by Syvor with a 5 star for quality and an easy way for me to get apple cider vinegar into my system.

These were good to try and tasted good but not the most potent, not sure if I'll buy again.

First of all, they're really tasty. They're decent enough and check all the other boxes, insofar as where it fits into my regimen -- had better, had worse. The flavor sure takes the edge off the bitterness of a lot of the others I take, which is really nice. Do recommend.

Vital Surge Gummies have a slight Apple cider flavor. They feel dry on the outside and sweet/ chewy when biting into the gummy. It does taste sweet, probably due to the ADDED sugar. These have a cute apple shape, and when kept at room temperature, in a warmer room, do not loose its shape or melt, but they do stick together. Instructions clearly stated. As a supplement, these are tasty enough to remember and want to take them on a daily basis. I've tried a couple of different apple cider gummies, but what sets these apart for me is the beet root juice. I've taken beet supplements for energy boost, but they also make me feel warm and flush, while these gummies do provide a slight added energy boost without the after effects of beet supplements.
