Initial use caused a lethargic pain in whichever site i used (left arm in my case) but settles with repeated usage. For initial hour or two, the patch site itches quite uncomfortably which u have to bear until it subsides (scratching on top of patch gently helps). Don't be empty stomach for initial few times else you'll feel very sick. Important thing is choosing the site....found higher up the arm, near shoulder it maintains the adhesive as sweat production is minimal even in summers (delhi). The lower u go (on arm....like just above elbow), the more sweat my skin produced upon application causing the patch to fall off. Avoid using same site continuously.
