Dear David, the camera can be fast and safe recognition within only 1 second. So you have not to be still for a long time. You can set your account by scanning your daughter's face in different positions, thanks for your attention.

Q: When fitted to the top of your monitor, how much does it hang down. My monitor has very slim bezel, only 7mm.

Hmm maybe 2cm? My bezel is like 10-15mm and it doesn't overlap. U can adjust it upwards and angle it so that it gets less in the way when not using if you need. Very good camera tho would recommend. Have been using mine for months with very good results.

works fine all it needs to do is see your faceand it logs in and if it dont see you you only need to click improve recognition

Doesn't work for Hello with latest Windows (1803)

Numerous uninstall/install cycles and reboots with drivers from various sources... alas, no Windows Hello functionality yet.Cortana can hear me through the mic, so hoping its a teething problem and will be 'fixed' in near future drivers update.Windows Hello setup does recognise camera functionality but when trying to initialise, fails!... updates to follow.

Simply Does not work with windows hello

The Packaging and instructions are poor quality and have been badly translated from another language. It works as a poor quality webcam at best but does not work with windows hello which was my intended use for it. Very disapointed.
